CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
In here, we're training for life. Our movements mimic real life movements that will not only allow you to look and feel great, but help you lift a heavy grocery bag, throw your kids into the pool, pack out that trophy elk, or climb a ladder.
When you come into the gym, there is one WOD ("workout of the day") programmed for everyone. Meaning, everyone will "suffer together" doing the same workout! HOWEVER, any and every workout can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and mechanics in order to scale to the experience and fitness levels for any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, service members, professional athletes, moms, dads, grandparents and students alike. It's for anyone, and it works!
Our gym programming follows "classic CrossFit," providing a mix of strength, gymnastics, and a METCON (our conditioning piece = metabolic conditioning = the "workout") every day. You'll find olympic weightlifting, strength progressions, and gymnastics progressions, with enough variety to drive constant adaptations. What does that mean? No day is the same, but you'll always be working to improve some element of your fitness.
