Book a Trial Class
Try class before you commit to a membership!
How it works
- Click the "Schedule Your Trial" button on this page.
- You'll be prompted to fill out the intake questionnaire. This helps us better understand your goals and why you're interested in joining SBCF. Once we receive your questionnaire, we'll send you a link to register for your trial classes.
- 2 trial classes are just $10! AND...if you decide to join the gym, your $10 trial fee will be credited to your account...essentially a FREE TRIAL!
THE DAY OF YOUR TRIAL
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before your class and check-in at the reception desk to meet your coach
- Before class, you'll get a tour of the gym and an overview of what to expect during class
- Class typically follows this flow:
- Gather in the stretching circle and answer the QOD (Question of the Day)
- General Warm-Up: get the blood flowing and start to get a sweat on!
- Specific Warm-Up: start practicing the movements we'll be doing in our workout
- Weightlifting/Gymnastics: Some days we'll touch a barbell, other days we'll focus on strict pulling or pushing. Every day is different, but they all result in gains.
- Metcon/Conditioning: The WOD (Workout of the Day) - everyone does the same workout, but we'll modify it to ensure you hit the intended stimulus
- Cooldown
- Throughout the entire class, your coach will be there, guiding you to ensure your confidence, abilities, and safety!
- After class, we'll check back in to see how you're feeling and answer any questions you have! We'll send you on your ways with good vibes and recommendations for next steps!
- All-in, plan to spend 75-90 minutes during your trial class
Prerequisites
Nothing! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
The heaviest weight you'll ever lift will be the door handle to get into the gym. YOU CAN LIFT THAT WEIGHT! And after that, your life will never be the same! Come, join us!
