Open Gym

We offer flexible open gym hours throughout the week. Drop into the gym outside of class times to work on technique, do additional workouts, or make-up a workout you missed.

Open Gym Hours

5:00AM - 10:00PM Daily

9:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday open gym hours are supervised by a coach, ready to observe and correct form when necessary to prevent injuries.
